In 1997 we as Consukorra were recognized as a limited liability company with a paid in capital of 1 million EGP. Later in April 2009, after our continuous success and growth in different fields, Consukorra turned into a Joint stock company with a paid in capital of more than 51 million Egyptian pounds. The company’s board of directors, which consists of 14 qualified members from diverse business backgrounds, was established then. For governance sake and expertise, 50% of the board was selected from the most prominent CEO’s and leaders in Egypt while the other 50% were from the most influential members of Consukorra.
